The large well equipped kitchen and dining area is ideal for cooking, dining and it offers a great area to socialise with family and friends. The bi-fold doors open out onto the terrace which increases your entertaining area in the warmer months. The large dining table comfortably seats up to 12 people. The kitchen has a large Range oven and hob, a large American style fridge freezer with ice-maker and chilled water dispenser, a dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and an integrated TV. There are also plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, dining set, mugs and glasses. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the utility area which is inside the downstairs bathroom.
Come together and relax in the
large living room
The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for you all to gather in. Enjoy watching a movie on the large screen tv or the space offers a great area to play a game of charades! Alternatively after a day out in the beautiful Bedfordshire countryside you may just want to sit and relax by the fireplace or simply look out of the french doors and watch the local wildlife in the garden. Whatever your preference, it is a definite favourite of our guests.
Multiple outdoor terraces and garden areas
Open up the bi-fold doors and stay connected as indoors flows seamlessly outdoors onto the terrace. Serve drinks and food outside whilst enjoying the peaceful surroundings. There is a brick built BBQ and two large parasols
for you to use.
The garden provides plenty of space for all generations to enjoy and the outside area offers two terraces and two lawned areas. If you enjoy outdoor games there is a basketball hoop, a football goal, a badminton set and a few other outdoor games to keep you entertained.
Relax and unwind in the master suite
This spacious, light and airy bedroom offers a peaceful haven where you can relax and unwind. Just like the rest of the bedrooms, you can specify, after booking with us, whether you would like a king size bed or two single beds in the room.
This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that includes a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries for guests to use. There is a comfortable seating area by the window too where you can take time out for yourself to enjoy a coffee and a good book.
Fun and laughter in the games and tv room
This warm and inviting games room has a large tv which you can watch your favourite movie on, connect your games console to, or you may want to challenge someone to a game of table football!
The room also has a sofa bed which comfortably sleeps two people and is complimented by the downstairs shower room just across the hallway for guests. Every bathroom has complimentary toiletries for guests to use.
